Why aren't the newest questions listed at the top or at least at the bottom. They seem to be scattered throughout making it difficult to see if someone has already posted the question?

Or maybe there is a way for me to sort the list ?

    @John W. O'Brien You are correct the the way the community comments are programed is when a post gets attention and more comments on it, it will rise to the top, so newer posts can be pushed down by older posts with more activity.

    At this time there is not a way to filter by content as the community is still developing. I hope this has answered your question
