Need help translating Swedish

I have found this at the beginning of name column in the Household Examination Records and am wondering if it is a comment as to the type of housing for the names listed below it? (Such as fattighus being poorhouse.) I know it is in Saby parish but cannot determine what the word(s) is after it. Or is it just the name of a section in the parish?

    Hi,

    Not sure if it helps, but the last work looks like SKRIFVAS which translates from the Swedish to "is written".

    Hopefully someone will be able to help translating the rest and put it in context.
