I haven't been able to browse catalog records since last night. Any update on when this might be fixed?
I was in the Catalog just a few minutes ago. Can you share specifics about what records you are unable to access? I'll be happy to check.
And, have you tried either clearing your cache or trying a different browser?
I can search the catalog by, say, location. But when I try to click on one of the links that says, for example, probate or vital records the link won't open and I get this message. It has been happening since last night.
@Amanda Morris_5, it hasn't done it to me in a few weeks, but earlier this year the Catalog and I had a whole routine going: it would give that message, I'd reload, it'd look even worse, I'd reload again, and ta-da: the desired entry would be expanded and I could go to it by clicking on it.
So try that: reload until it works.
