It's not reasonable to expect this group to say when that will be.

Fine who in family search organisation can answer the question it is just frustrating there is no point of contact

Unfortunately, you will not be able to get a more precise answer than that already provided. FamilySearch employees never provide estimated times for resolving such problems.
