Profiles and Source Documents are requiring a refresh to open.

Within the last 10 days, I have noticed that an individual's profile will not open without doing a refresh. Further, another refresh is usually needed to open all segments of the profile. Toggling to Sources requires a refresh and opening a given Source also requires a refresh, sometimes two. Is anyone else experiencing the same irksome problem?

    I am just another 'lowly' User/Patron ...

    Just in passing ...

To better able, to help/assist, Participants, in the Forum, to comment ...

Please provide the particular, "Operating System"; and, "Browser(s)", that you are using.

And, whether or not, you are using the LATEST (or, in the least, the PREVIOUS) versions of each.

That my help/assist others, to formulate their comments.

    'Thank You', in advance.

Sorry for the delay in my response. I use Windows 10 and Chrome is my browser. I have no other browser on my computer other than Edge which I do not use and do not want to.

    Scott

    Jut in passing ...

I principally use the "Bowser", of 'Google' "Chrome", with the "Operating System" of "Windows 10", both with the LATEST "Version" of each.

But. I also use the "Browsers", of 'Mozilla' "FireFox", often; &, that of 'Microsoft' "Edge", sometimes, if needs be

ie. As, I am often working with, OTHER Users/Patrons, with their 'FamilySearch' Accounts

    ..... [ ie. Swapping between 'Accounts' ... ]

I have NOT really noticed, what you describe; UNLESS, of course, the individuals/persons page/screen, has NOT, been, accessed for a "Period" of Time (ie. "Usually", the x20 Minute 'Time Out', in 'FamilySearch' ...).

IF, that is the case; THEN, ...

    That, is NOT, a problem/issue; nor, a fault/flaw ...

That, is by "Design", relative to the x20 Minute 'Time Out', in 'FamilySearch' ...

    Just my thoughts.

When I am in the search mode, using MacBook Air, Google Chrome, the page refreshes twice when I am modifying the name or dates in the search paramters. So, I think this is what Scott is experiencing?
