Two states in entry. Which is correct?
I am reviewing US—Bureau of Land Management Tract Books, 1800–1955 [Part A] [MS66-5JN]
The first place is Black Mesa, Arizona then at the end of the entry , Wyoming with a patent date. I am inclined to use the AZ with its associated date rather than WY and its date. All the other entries are in Phoenix.
