I am concerned that when I back up my 'family", and then look at my backup, I can't read (in my computer) what the "back-up says. It is "computer language". What do I do?

@LaRita Call Evans1, given that you've resurrected someone's unrelated thread from two years ago instead of starting your own, and then added your phone number, I think you must have missed an important detail: this is a public forum, not some sort of private chat area. Please remove your phone number (if a mod doesn't get to it first), and give us more information so that we can help: what exactly is it that you're trying to back up? Should you be contacting the company that publishes the software you're using, instead of trying to get help here in FamilySearch's community?
