How many names should I index from this record?

US, Illinois, Monroe County—Deed Records, 1816–1900[M3J2-KKG]. On the second page, Jamison is giving to Cairnes. After that, multiple people are listed as receiving money from the estates of several other people. I would like to know how many different records there are and how to index them!
