Do you have the Person ID (PID) where the Memory was attached? If so I recommend you call FamilySearch Family Tree Support. Even if not - perhaps with your account information they can view your transaction log and tell you what has gone wrong.
Without a PID or more information about what Memory/picture you were 'blocking' there isn't much that can be done here in Community. Making a Memory Private really should not change Tree profiles to the point that you cannot view the Tree. Something else may have occurred...?
To access Family Tree you should be able to do so through the Family Tree menu (at upper left):
