A Wisconsin Birth record has 2 names listed. They crossed out the original last name but left the original first name. The 2 names are stacked and I cannot tell which one is the first name. Example - If the original name was Mike and the name above it is Tom, Should I enter {Mike Tom or Tom Mike}?

Do you have the batch code (in brackets after the name of the project)? With that we can take a look at image but only as read-only.

Sharing is not allowed with Wis. Birth records.

You might want to post this question with the Wisconsin SSN Indexing Project Group. I'm a volunteer of that project but they'll be able to answer your question.

How can I do that? I have submitted that batch. Another batch has a first name which is totally confusing. I NEED help with that or just return that Batch.

In FS Community, there's a group for Wisconsin SSN Indexing Project Group:

    https://community.familysearch.org/en/group/307-wisconsin-ssn-indexing-projects

You need you request to join, then wait for their approval.

I've seen Wisconsin birth records shared here and on a batch I have now I checked to see if it could be shared and it can. The only thing is that some people can't see the shared batch. Some of us can.

Some Wisconsin records are open to anyone to index. Others are restricted. When they are restricted the questions need to be asked in the Wisconsin Records group. Otherwise we can ask the questions here and need a shared batch code.

All of this is too complex to me. I will just Review them the best I can and return the batches that are too hard. Last night I returned one that had names from the Netherlands.
