US, Missouri—County Marriages, 1806–1969 [Part P][M9B9-P48]

This is an index of bride and groom only names with a Book # and Page # for each marriage.

Do you want just the bride and groom names and the index page number but not the individual marriage Book and Page numbers???

The project instructions indicate you should index them.

    What to Index:

Index any primary marriage record or associated document that has the name of a bride or a groom, even if the document does not contain a date. Documents to index include marriage licenses, indexes, marriage applications, and so forth.

What to Remember about This Project

    • Some images show indexes to marriage licenses that have 2 tables of information on the same page. In this case, begin by indexing the information shown in the first table (on the left), starting at the top and working to the bottom of the page. Then continue at the top of the second table (on the right), from top to bottom.
    • Occasionally, an index has an event year that was recorded once for several records. This event year should be used for each subsequent record until a new event year was written.

Note: At the top of page 64 you have a year range of 1892 to 1896, which I doubt it would let you enter, so leave it <BLANK>. Farther down that first column it changes to 1896, so you would enter that at the Marriage Year until midway in the next column it changes back to 1892 to 1896.
