changing baptism "record" to confirmation
Looking at "https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:Q2BW-P6X4?cid=fs_copy"
"Perú, registros parroquiales y diocesanos, 1603-1992," database with images, FamilySearch(https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:Q2BW-P6X4 : 19 March 2022), Lourdes Ines Durán, 17 Jul 1940; citing Baptism, Nuestra Señora de la Asunción, Pampacolca, Castilla, Arequipa, Perú, 17 Jul 1940, Arzobispado De Arequipa (Archbishopric of Arequipa), Peru; FHL microfilm 1,667,309.
This pages says it's a baptism record, but when you view the source document, it says it's confirmation records. the second page also says confirmation (in Spanish)
How can this be changed to a confirmation record?
The baptism record is a different source completely

Unfortunately, this type of practice is quite common in the labelling of FamilySearch records. Similarly, Marriage Banns and Licence records are usually treated as if they related to the actual marriage event record.
These issues have been reported in the past, but I am not aware that FamilySearch has any plans to discontinue these misleading practices, nor to re-label existing collections to reflect their true nature.

Thanks Paul, I’ll just add a note to the data I’m importing to my family tree database.
