Which certificate numbers should be included?

US, Wisconsin—Birth Records, Pre-1907[M3GC-BJ7]

On the birth certificate two numbers are listed file numbers, which ones are correct?

For Example, 1190 was written 02669 was stamped

    Use the stamped number that begins with 0 but don't include the zero like this 2669
