I found a digitized version of "Records of the Parish of Amity (now Woodbridge) pt I & II. Records end at the letter N. Are there records available for O-Z? I am specifically looking for any records for the last name Osborn (Osborne, Osbourn). Link below

I am not connected with FamilySearch

I had a look in various places , but I cannot see any further volumes.

It was noted that these records first appeared in the Connecticut Magazine. The latest records I located were for letters L And M in this HathiTrust Digital Library link

https://hdl.handle.net/2027/uva.x000363569?urlappend=%3Bseq=393%3Bownerid=27021597764998106-417 , page 313 (digital page 393) of Volume 12, 1908. It appears the Magazine ceased shortly after this.

Perhaps this is related to the reason why no further entries after N appear to be available. If there is an organisation such as the Connecticut State Archive, or State Library, perhaps it may be able to offer you some advice.

Thank you Maureen: I have already contacted the Connecticut State Library but the response I got was not very helpful. They told me records had been digitized but I have no way of knowing if it the original or what I have already found.
