What do I do with a duplicate record?
Yesterday I did a batch and this morning I find one of the entries is there two more times. There is only one new record in the batch.

Do you have shared batch codes we can look at? It would help us see what the problem is. The shared batch code can be found at the end of the project name in brackets. This format: [Mxxx-xxx]

I have not been able to return to indexing to even check on whether I have a shared batch code. I'm having dry eye problems, and I am wondering if the census project might be easier to follow, so I'm going to try that.

I am working on US—Bureau of Land Management Tract Books, 1800–1955 [Part B][M3CD-6Z6]. I recorded all of the information for the first 6 entries then discovered that they were the same as the next 6. I am going to close the batch and save it, but I wanted to let you know so you would be able to correct if necessary. Thanks and have a wonderful day .
