Do we also include names of priests or officials ? I've been indexing vital records for years & we never included these names.

We are not asked to decide anything except if it is a person's name and if it is spelled correctly. As far as regular indexing is concerned it is a good idea to always check the Project Instructions and Field Help. Those do not apply here however. Here, the best advice I would give is make it simple and index all names. Later the software people can add in more tweaks?
