I am indexing Bureau of Land Management record and came upon the name of purchaser as "KY by Rice Harper Trustee". How do I index this in the prefix, name and surname fields? It shows up more than once in the document

Would you share your batch code with us so that we can determine what exactly this is in the context of the document? The batch code can be found in the 7 digit code in the bracket after the title of the batch.

I think that the Ky (written once as Ky with a period) is part of the Description. Maybe it means Kentucky - I don’t know. But Rice Harper is acting/purchasing on behalf of a trust, so I would index him as the Ourchaser.

Index the name of the trustee purchaser. The rest is descriptive so is not included. Thanks for your work and John, thanks for your great answers!

And my great typos. What is an "Ourchaser" anyway? ☺️
