I ask you to delete my family tree from your site. If it possible only with deleting the account, delete it.

    In my country the Family Tree section is blocked. So I want to delete the tree, that was uploaded before blocking access. is it possible to delete without phone call?

    @Patricia Mollemans

    You might wish to pass this matter to a FamilySearch employee who could possibly address this issue. The poster cannot remove these individuals, as they have explained, so it might be a case that an administrator would need to move the IDs they created into a private space.

    Although the circumstances are not explained, one possibility is that it might be of potentail harm to the poster and family if these records remain on public display. There have been many queries as to why certain IDs (for the deceased) appear in a Family Tree user's private space and the "sensitive" country of residence is a known factor.

    If you escalate this matter to an employee in a specialist team, they could advise the poster (by private message) of a suitable solution to this problem.

    I second @Paul W's recommendation to escalate this matter to assist the contributor.
