error in a filmed/digitized document?

Who do I contact if I have found an error in a filmed/digitized document? A birth record book had pages skipped/ two turned instead of one. Birth records of those years are three to a spread. Left and right pages have N72, N73, N74 - then the next image has N78, N79, N80. I found this because I of course need record No75 that is missing.

Sometimes, skipped pages like this were eventually noticed during filming, but of course couldn't be inserted into their proper positions, so they were tacked on at the end. Check the film (or image group) thoroughly to see if such is the case here. Also check the associated catalog page: sometimes there's another filming, or a separate film for retakes.

I fully sympathize re: of course the one you need is on the missing page. I have that for my grandfather's prisoner of war record: I know exactly which page number, because there's an index, but that one page was missed (or went missing).
