Access Newspapers.com from the Family History Center Portal

Are patrons still able to access Newspapers.com, Fold3, and other premium websites through the Family History Center Portal? I cannot find the link. I've attached a snip of the webpage. It lists four premium websites with no options to look for more websites.

For now, this is the portal page and all that is accessible, A report has been submitted to the engineers. How long this will last is unknown, please be patient.
