Thank you for contacting FamilySearch. It sounds like you are trying to find a child of Wilma A Hays or is the child's name Wilma A Hays? Do you believe the child was born 1912 in Moon Township, PA and parents are William B Hays, Alice M Hays?
Have you tried doing a record search using only the last name of the child and then adding father's and mother's full names? Or try searching records for the last name of the child with the father's name only? I've found some success searching for children that way. I'm also wondering if that 1920 census could've been wrong with the name? Could it be William instead? One last search suggestion, have you looked in the Research Wiki?
