Why has Indexing been subsumed under "Get Involved"?

I was indexing last week and the Indexing header was there. Today it's gone and I finally found it under 'Get Involved'. What is the rationale for hiding it there?

The new menu title - Get Involved - indicates there are more opportunities (the new Review Names app) besides Indexing available. Here is the Overview page:

There are others, that are dismayed, at the "Change", of the LABEL, of "Indexing", to that of "Get Involved".
