How do I delete a duplicate that was mistakenly added as deceased, yet is alive?
Male
Dale Newbold`, 1932 – Deceased, G899-K9B, was incorrectly added to FamilyTree. I have since detached him from the family that he was added to, however, when I tried to list him as living, the system would not let me do so. He has since had his temple ordinances reserved by the living Dale Newbold, to prevent the ordinances to be done again. Dale Newbold has also asked me to delete this duplicate. The duplicate record was created by my son, Mark Millard. Please help me to correct this mistake by having this duplicate deleted.

Hi @Rayleen H Barnes I have taken a quick look at the person and it looks like it will allow me to edit the death and include a reason why you know him to be alive. Would you mind taking a look at the edit on the ‘Death’ section of ‘Vitals’ please? If you are unclear how to do this, this article explains it.
This will then go to a system administrator to sort out.
Please let me know how you get on 😊
