What is Get Involved?
Get Involved is a new volunteer experience on FamilySearch, including a web page and mobile app for Android, with an iOS app coming soon. This will allow you to easily search for and participate in volunteer activities such as traditional indexing, as well as aiding in the verification of computer-assisted indexed records (i.e., reviewing names in records). It includes projects such as finding families in the U.S. 1950 Census (forthcoming in April) and will evolve to include other projects over time. Currently there are records in Spanish, Portuguese, and English to review. Additional languages and records will be added in the future.
You can view a knowledge article (KA) about it here in the FamilySearch Help Center.

FYI
I am just another 'lowly' User/Patron ...
Just in passing ...
I TRULY hope, that LABEL of "Get Involved", WILL revert SIMPLY back, to the LABLEL of "Indexing", ASAP.
[ I suppose, after, "RootsTech 2022" ... ]
I really hope, that such "Change", was just some peoples, thought processing and decision making, just for "RootsTech 2022"; and, NOT; as, a PERMANENT "Change".
MANY; Many; many, of us, are so tired, of "Change", just for the sake of "Change" ...
There is NO "Valid" Reason, to have "Changed" the LABEL, of "Indexing", to "Get Involved".
Such "Change" was TOTALLY "Unnecessary".
PLEASE; Please; please ...
"Changed" the LABEL, of "Get Involved", BACK to "Indexing", ASAP.
"Change", just for the sake of "Change", is NOT necessary.
Furthermore ...
"Indexing", should NOT, be CONFALTED, with OTHER "Volunteer" Activities.
"Indexing", should ALWAYS be, separate; and, distinct, from OTHER "Volunteer" Activities.
I hope, that OTHERS agree ...
Humbly submitted for your IMMEDIATE, information; attention; and, consideration.
'Thank You' in advance.
Your cooperation, would be greatly appreciated.
Kind Regards
MAY THE LORD BLESS YOU IN THIS IMPORTANT WORK
Yours Faithfully,
Brett

Wholeheartedly agree with you, Brett. I have been volunteering for many, many years and I am getting very tired of all these changes for no good reason. What the heck difference does it all make except to confuse most of the people who have been doing it for years and now have to call these things new names again. What big deal thought it was so important that we use these new terms? Maybe we don't want to "get involved" and just like to index. If we think we are being pushed into doing more, then we all might just back off and say the heck with it all.
