This batch is out of focus

So many of the pages are really out of focus. Is there a way to recopy the original?

(I did read the information about the new Windows technology to "sharpen" the focus.) I sent back a batch I wanted to review, as I felt it was not clear enough to agree the information on the document was correct. Thank you for your help.
