Which company does this "ditto" apply?

Hello, please see entry number 8 for: US, New York, Erie—Index to Land Records, Grantees, 1630–1975 [Part B][M32G-DW1]

The Grantee for entry number 8 (and for many more entries) is a "ditto" for the line above. The line above lists two different companies, New York State Elec & Gas and New York Telephone Company. Should I "ditto" both companies (in two separate entries) or just the last company mentioned - New York Telephone company?

Thanks,

Cheryl Hasychak

We need the Batch Number and Page you are on.

As above go into Batch then About Batch and Copy the info which should look like this:

Then we might be able to help.

The batch code is at the end of the batch name [M32G-DW1]. I’m leaning toward making entries for both companies. The transactions are about an easement. The gas and telephone companies probably purchased/ were granted easements to run their respective gas and telephone lines across the properties of those named persons and that concrete company.
