    Go to the garbage can icon in the middle of the toolbar above your image window. Click on that then on 'delete all blank entries'. It should leave you with three entries unless you have added information to other entries. If so then you will either have to delete the information in those extra entries or delete them one at a time with the garbage can icon.

    When you have three entries you should be able to submit the batch.
