If moderators can pass queries raised elsewhere in Community to "speciality teams", why not here?

I have read a number of queries here recently, for which even experienced indexers do not seem to be able to provide a definitive answer. As individuals employed in the "Indexing section" never seem to visit this forum and there appears to be no direct way of contacting them, can't the moderators of this section pass certain queries on to a "speciality team", as they do when raised under "Search", "Family Tree" categories, etc. ?

Some queries are so complex (involving apparent contradictory advice between general instructions and the specific project instructions) that it appears only an administrator would be qualified to provide "official" advice. Sadly, advice from employees - even project leaders - seems to be either very difficult or impossible to obtain.

It makes matters difficult when employees make themselves (as a team or a section) so hard to communicate with - hence my suggestion of assistance from the moderators of "Indexing" , too, in escalating complex queries to those in a position to make a judgment.
