Search records -Ooops something went wrong, please refresh button
Hello!
I have been building my tree based on familysearch indexed records.
Since 2 days ago, I have been having trouble accessing the records.
When I hit the button records under search, this message appears
"oops something went wrong, please refresh button"
Nothing happens after following the suggestion.
Is there something wrong with the search button?

For some reason, FS is particularly prone to errors of a type that browsers then "helpfully" perpetuate, because they've saved the error in place of the actual page. The oft-repeated advice is to clear your cache and cookies, because this will stop your browser's "helpfulness". You can test whether this action will help or not by trying a different browser: if it works there, then a bit of housekeeping in the original browser should restore FS's functionality.
