GRENADA RECORDS NEEDED
I hereby request that all of Grenada's records be available. all Grenada films to be indexed and put online. for the past 8 years, and I am sure others have been waiting to access these files. I have been contacting my local history center and have not been able to get in contact with them as well. I need to look up my family history that I have been researching for the past 16 years

FYI
Welcome to the "Community.FamilySearch" Forum.
I am just another 'lowly' User/Patron ...
Just in passing ...
NOT that I have any knowledge, of "Records" from "Grenada" ...
And, certainly NOT in relation to "Indexing" ...
But ...
That Said ...
I would humbly suggest, that PERHAPS 'FamilySearch' (ie. the Church), has NOT been able to get permission/authority to either, obtain; and/or, make, "Records", from "Grenada", available, in 'FamilySearch'.
But, certainly, not from the want of trying ...
Now ...
That Said ...
Have you every, taken a 'look', in the 'FamilySearch' "Research Wiki", for "Grenada"?

I do not know, if there are any good ...

Records cannot be put online at FamilySearch or any other website without the permission of the record owner. If FamilySearch has approached record owners but they refused permission, there's nothing more that can be done. Access to government created records (e.g. civil registration or censuses) is ultimately a political issue. If you are a voter in Grenada then you should talk to your representative(s) and the archives about this issue.
