the death dates for the year only says 74. so do I put 1874,1984?????

    Hi @ThomasSadieToinette. According to the field help: If you cannot determine the 4-digit year, index the 2-digit number. If you cannot determine the 2-digit or 4-digit year, press Ctrl+B to mark this field blank. In this case, you would just type the 2-digit year.

    Hopefully for researchers, the scanned film file will have a cover page image with a full 4-digit year date, since it doesn't look like this initial batch(es) will have more than the last two digits.
