Error message on a digital film - who do I contact
I am trying to view images on film DGS 8226832. I cannot get images 143 and 144 to open. I have tried all three computers in our home and I still get an error message. I have tried viewing them through Images, same result. I have never had this problem before. I am working on the Records Lookup Team and don't know who to report this to. Any ideas?

Clear your cache tonight and try again. If that doesn't work, try again tomorrow.
That film is available to view from home for LDS members. Available at an affiliate library (where I am this evening) or an FHC/FHL.

FYI
It's 'Brett'.
Please be, aware; and, advised ...
That, regarding the FHL Film...
------------------
Probate records for the Archdeaconry of Richmond Consistory Court, 1466-1860
Lonsdale Deanery Wills, admons. & inventories, S 1721-1750
FHL Film number: 98886
Image Group Number (DGS): 8226832
------------------
Contrary, to your assertion ...
'No', that FHL Film, CANNOT, be accessed; and, is NOT available to 'seen', by Users/Patrons, who are Member of the Church, from their Home.
But ...
That Said ...
'Yes', CURRENTLY, that FHL Film, can ONLY, be accessed; and, available to 'see', at a, "Family History Centre" of the Church; or, ('FamilySearch') Affiliate Library.

The euphemistic message "You may be able to view this image by visiting one of our partners' sites or the legal record custodian (fees may apply)" will appear when records are accessible to Latter Day Saints from home. I do not see that message, and see exactly what @Brett . sees. While there are thousands of films that Latter Day Saints can access more easily than people of other religious backgrounds, this film is not one of them.

Thank you. Actually, I am doing Look Up Service as part of a remote team connected with FamilySearch Library Salt Lake. Apparently there was a problem with the film. My contact in the library looked at it and found the same thing.
