County Indexed Incorrectly in Entire Film

Hi!

The following film has an incorrectly indexed place, specifically the county. The records are for marriages of Rockingham County, North Carolina. However, the entire film has been indexed for Rockingham City, Richmond County, North Carolina. How can I help assist correcting this?
