Blank screen when seaching records

For the last few weeks I have not been able to access records. When I sign in and put in a name and relevant info the screen comes up blank. Ironically I've no problem indexing records for familysearch. This blank screen appears in seaching all the databases once I put in the relevant information. Can anyone suggest how the problem can be resolved? Thanks.

    FYI

    Welcome to the "Community.FamilySearch" Forum.

[ With what appears to be your first post ... ]

    I am just another 'lowly' User/Patron ...

    Just in passing ...

    Respectfully ...

    Questions:

    (1) WHAT, "Browser"; &, "Operating System", are you using?

    (2) Is the "Browser" one of those that is supported, by 'FamilySearch'

    (3) Are your "Browser"; &, "Operating System", Up-To-Date, with the LATEST (or PREVIOUS) versions of each?

And, of course, an "Oldie"; but, often, STILL, a "Goodie", that more often than not works ...

    (4) Have you tired "Clearing" the, "Cookies"; &, "Cache", of your "Browser"?

    So ...

    That Said ...

Thanks Brett. I use Firefox. Will check out the links you sent. It is so strange that I can index records but not boot up records on the search page. WIll check all you've suggested. Thanks again.

    @shiloh1234

    FYI

It is not really strange; as,

▬ there are CONSTANT "Changes", to the "Family Tree" Part of, 'FamilySearch'

▬ Whereas, by comparison, there are significantly LESS "Changes", to the "Indexing" Part of, 'FamilySearch'

In regards to, the "Family Tree" Part of, 'FamilySearch' ...

I principally use, the "Browser" of 'Google' "Chrome", with "Windows 10" ...

    But ...

    That Said ...

I ALSO use 'Mozilla' "FireFox" (a far bit) ...

    [ Plus, in a 'pinch', I use 'Microsoft' 'edge" ... ]

ALL with the LATEST "Versions" of each ...

And, I am NOT experiencing, what you are.

Hi, I can initially see my family tree, however when I click on a person the screen goes blank! I'm using Safari and this happen on both my iPad and Mac. I've recently had a couple of message saying "data are too big" and did I want to increase it, to which I said yes. Is this a development glitch or am I doing something wrong?

    Thanks graham

@GrahamBlair2 This discussion was not originally about Family Tree, but Search Historical Records. You'll get better help if you click FamilySearch Help here in Community and then click Family Tree and post your question.
