Indexing cemetary records: 2 names are listed on the same line, do I add one entry or two?

Thanks for the tag, Brett. When there are two people on the same line, you would create a separate entry for each individual. I'm not sure why they only have "death of twins or siblings" in the instructions... but, you need a separate entry even if they were mother and child, spouses, or BFF's!
- If information about the death of twins or other multiple siblings is recorded on the same line, create a separate entry for each individual.
