Adding a town name not listed as a standardized town name

I have found a small town in Texas that is not currently in the standardized town names. How do I go about having this town added?

it is: Bynum is a town in Hill County, Texas, United States. The population was 199 at the 2010 census

    Go here: https://www.familysearch.org/research/places/?pagenum=1&pagesize=20

    and in the top left corner click on Add New Place
