How do I record multiple given and surnames in deeds in Missouri?

I am indexing:

US, Illinois, Monroe County—Deed Records, 1816–1900 [M3JK-3XG]

Several times more than one individual named as the grantor and grantee. How does one record that in just 2 slots for grantor's or grantee's given and last names?

When there are two names on a line you would make a separate entry for each name using the other information on the line for both entries.

Thanks for wanting to do this correctly!
