Navigating the site
This site might be fine for those who are highly computer literate, but the changes that you have made over the past few years has made it sufficiently difficult to find information or to allow me to use the search functions. As a result I have not used it in over a year, which is a shame as Family Search has loads of information, but unfortunately it has become too frustrating to use. Case in point, I responded to an email that I received this morning and got a spam response telling me that the site was not monitored. It directed me to another site, and only after a 5 to 10 minute search did I find this feedback Icon, and it likely is not where I should be responding.
Sorry to lay my frustrations on you, but you ruined a great resource by making it inaccessible to non computer gurus.

There is some hope with your difficulties with Search here in Community. If you post the difficulty in the Search category: https://community.familysearch.org/en/categories/search
There are many here in Community that could possibly help you with the Search.

@Donna Gorber - Hello, my name is Piper, and I'm the community manager for FamilySearch. May I ask you to clarify whether you are referring to the search function here in the community or on FamilySearch.org?
