I have Windows 21H1 10, using chrome Browser, and I am not able to access the search records function, or the Wiki. Everything else is working as normal. It's been like this all week. For some reason it just stopped working and now I cannot actually use FamilySearch to do a regular records search. The scroll bar on the right will not work either. My chrome browser is up to date as of yesterday. I cleaned out the cache and the FamilySearch cookies today and nothing has changed. Please advise. 64 bit desktop computer. See my attached screen print of what I see when I click on "records" and the screen just sits there and the option to do the search doesn't come up where I can type in the first name and surname. Please help!

    Sincerely,

    Linda Ellis

I cannot duplicate this issue on Windows 11 Chrome 98.

Check your version of Chrome - Familysearch may be requiring you to update. You can check in 3-dot menu> Help> About (upper right corner of Chrome - I believe the latest version is 98).

Your screenshot leaves out the address bar which has several icons you can check (lock on left or eye on right) that can possibly indicate if something is being blocked (but your reset of cookies/cache does generally take care of that). Have you closed Chrome and reopened or tried restarting the computer?

Other than these suggestions it might be a security/content filtering application or possibly router content filtering that might be blocking (deals more with your network/connection type)?

Is a neighbor able to browse it successfully (this might identify whether the issue is localized to where you are connecting to the Internet)?
