Why have your programmers buried the simple means we used to have to contact you by email regarding problems or suggestions? There used to be an email button to contact you immediately upon clicking the Help icon. It takes me forever to find this email question form and it should be one of the first visible.

and,

▬ Latin America Area

There are, MANY of us Users/Patrons, from, the Asia Pacific; and, the Latin America, areas.

How about some "E-mail" Addresses, for those of us, in the Asia Pacific; and, the Latin America, areas.

Just my thoughts.
