The next batches and previous batches keep saying Not availiable forbidden? Glitch in program?

Is this a problem in the program that needs to be fixed?

    Yes, this has happened to me recently - it appears to be an intermittent bug. Please post your Share Batch code. The code starts with M and looks like MXXX-XXX. It is at the end of the batch name and is enclosed in brackets [ ]..

    Try a different browser. You can also try clearing cache and cookies on your current browser (see below), but I'm not sure that will help. Maybe one of the moderators can escalate this issue.

    Make sure that your browser is updated to the latest version.

    Clear just Family Search Cookies:

    Clear all browser cache and cookies.

    I restarted the program after running errands and it had cleared up. So must be a glitch. It's happened before. I hope they get this bug in the program worked out.
