@JohnCARROLL70 - I'm sorry to hear that you're having this difficulty. Someone more knowledgeable with the Family Tree will be along to help you, I'm sure.
That said, would you be able to post a screenshot of what you're looking at and a link to the page? I've seen posts about a blue box before and I'm trying to get to the bottom of it. If you are only able to post a screenshot, would you please make sure that any information about living persons is redacted from the screenshot? If you are not able to do that, send me a direct message and I'll be able to help you with that.

You might wish to try deleting cookies and files, to see if that will allow you to add sources. Over time, a large cache of temporary files and cookies accumulates and can cause problems when you use the FamilySearch website.

Thanks Sanra, I've just tried that but it hasn't worked. The problem began when the records were indexed on February 15th. I hope it's just a temporary glitch.

Hi Piper, Sorry I can't post a screenshot. Before the records were not indexed, but the index appeared on February 15th and the problem of adding sources began on the same day. It must be linked. I'm hoping it's only temporary
