Log in problem

I have a friend who when she logs in to family search.org each time it ends with"we will send you an email" to continue but no email arrives. What is the problem and can I help her correct it?

Can you please advise/confirm, HOW your Friend, is trying, to 'Log Into", 'FamilySearch'.
