Can't detach spouse?

I need to detach a two people from each other. Family Search says they can't be detached, even though I have attached corroborating documentation to one. Where can I go to have this specific couple ununited? There used to be a place where I could give specifics on a problem like this and have it resolved. That option seems to have been removed.
