When you say '2nd page' do you mean 'Entry 2 of __' that appears below the blue bar 'Image 1 of __'? If so - then possibly the reason the image does not 'forward' is that the image is not 'linked' to the Entry - so moving ahead in Entries has no effect on the image (it doesn't change/move ahead). You manually continue entering (or delete with toolbar trashcan icon any extra Entries) until all records have been entered for the image. Then if there are more images/records - continue entering/adding Entries (icon left of trashcan) until you have entered all records for all images.

Just for example: If your batch shows 'Image 1 of 1' and there is only 1 Record on that Image - only 1 Entry is needed. If there are 3 Records on that 1 Image - only 3 Entries are needed. Any extra/default Entries can be deleted with the trashcan icon and then you can Submit the Batch.
