The record hint for the 1900 United States census still exists, but you get the 401 message. Would it be possible to remove these record hints from the system? I don't want to mark then not a match, but I don't want to attach them, either. See

Currently the 1900 Census is having a lot of problems. See: https://community.familysearch.org/en/discussion/116173/united-states-census-1900-problems#latest

The hints you are seeing should not be removed. They need to be repaired.
