According to the following FamilySearch Wiki link both Ancestry-Institution Version and My Heritage-Library Edition are available at FH Centers

This Wiki article states that a special Portal need to be installed (which I have read elsewhere is on each computer), so you should check with your FHC whether this portal has been installed.
