There are a number of 1/2 filled in entries in my record
I am going to show you a couple of entries and would like to know if you think that the first is the husband of the second and that all of the information on the second should also go on the first?
I have been filling the first with blanks, other than the name, but it seems to me that this is an incorrect thing to do... although filling it in like this would be just a guess.
I have duplicated information where there is a { between multiple entries. I have also duplicated and added Mrs as the prefix to an entry that has &wf in it -- I hope that is right as well.

I will give you my best guess, @Cheryl Sutter. This looks like a Land Record, or a Deed Index where you have Grantors and Grantees and we create a record for each individual involved in a transaction.
Looking at that snippet, you would create a record for Gurdon S Blackwell and Norman A Kyle with all the appropriate fields filled in from the line below. Then there would be a record created for Dorothy E Blackwell and Norman A Kyle, repeating the information.
You do not create a record when &wf is written on the document. You only create a record when the wife's name is on the record. For instance you would NOT create a record stating Mrs Kyle on this snippet.
Hope that helps. If not, share your next batch where you see this configuration of names.

@Cheryl Sutter - Would you please share your batch number so that the folks who have the knowledge can help you better?

The batch code is the series of letters and numbers in brackets following the project title. You may also click on the third icon from the right and see the link to the image and also the batch code.

I just returned it. Sorry.

Thank you for your help. I did record records that said &wf as the person and then Mrs the person. Sorry. :-(
