Indexing and Rewiew Stoppage

It works for me, so there is not a system-wide problem.
Please try a different browser if you have one installed and see if that helps. If it does, you may need to clean up your current browser. In any case, you can try the following on your current browser:
First, try clearing just Family Search cookies.
If that doesn't help, then try clearing all cache and cookies.

Thanks John,
On laptop, all cookies and cache cleared. All history cleared. Registry and Disk Defrag completed.
Problem persists. I can sign in to the Family Search site, see everything, download Index and/or Review batches, but cannot open them. Just the same grey blank screen. Using Mozilla Firefox always, no other browser installed. IE too slow and old. Chrome too invasive and interfering. Wonder if recent Firefox update is problematic.
Tried it on the desktop computer. Same result. 🤔
A few days rest may help.
Ta ta,

Sorry to hear that, John. Maybe it is Firefox. I use Chrome. Are you running Windows 10 or 11? If so, try Microsoft Edge. I use it as a backup browser.
Good luck.

You need to click on the boxes by each field form, or the one at the bottom of the page, to show you have reviewed the batch. It will not allow you to submit otherwise.
This applies to the batches you have reviewed, not just indexed.

Thanks Anne,
I've been Indexing/Reviewing for a few years and that was not the issue. The completed batch that I tried a few times to submit would not go. I shut down and rebooted and it was gone.
However, on re-establishing again with the site, any selected batch would not open on the screen, just a grey blank. I managed to find within Firefox, an Enhanced Tracking Protection shield, which was defaulted to On after a silent Firefox update.
So all sorted, yet not. Now any batch, when opened, does not present the option to select Yes/No to the question to start Indexing or Review.
Another day.

Hi again, John
Here’s a thought:
You could also check that setting you disabled is still turned off
Regards,
John

John B. Mitchel, The reason I mentioned the boxes is when I looked at your batch it did not show any boxes checked. It would have been an easy fix. Looks like you were not that lucky!
Did John Empoliti's suggestion work?
I am wondering if you have having an internet issue. Sometimes sporadic internet transmission can cause issues similar to what you are experiencing although usually just with the initial submission.

Anne,
Regardless of what you are saying, and I do not know what batch you are looking at, but the batch that I was trying to submit was complete in all aspects, all boxes ticked and quality check satisfied that there were no issues. Otherwise it would not submit. The quality check box prevents it and call out for correction. So I do not but that response. Sorry.
John.
