Can FamilySearch come up with a simple way to clear cookies so the temple reservation filters work?
About every two weeks, the Temple Reservation filters stop working correctly, apparently due to the need to clear cookies. Somehow, I successfully was able to do this once on my Safari browser by Googling "How to Clear Cookies", but now I have given up and started using Firefox, instead. On Safari, I cannot even get the filter button to respond by clicking on it, and I cannot figure out how to successfully clear cookies anymore. Now I am starting to have trouble on Firefox, because the filters are not bringing up the inforamtion I know has not changed since yesterday. Is it possible for the FamilySearch engineers to make clearing cookies a simple process for users who do not have years of computer education? Many senior citizens, like myself, graduated from college without ever taking a course that required use of a computer, nor can we afford to constantly upgrade our equipment and software. There must be someone at FamilySearch that can help simplify this process, even if it requires seeking inspiration from the Lord, by asking Him the right questions. I will be praying for those of you, whoever you are, that can help solve this problem. Sincerely, Sister Welty

I am just another 'lowly' User/Patron ...
And, I am one of those many Senior Citizens ...
Just in passing ...
Firstly ...
Make certain that BOTH, your "Operating System" and, the "Browsers", that you use, are "Up-to-Date", with, the LATEST; or, the PREVIOUS "Versions" of each.
Some, Computers; and, "Operating Systems", are just TOO "Old"; and, "Outdated"; and, NEED, to be either:
(1) "Updated", with, some "Hardware"; &, Firmware" = LESS Expensive; and/or,
(2) In the worst case scenario, "Replaced", with a more current (&/or "Up-to-Date") Model = MORE Expensive
Sometimes, there is just NO choice ...
I know, that this certainly may not help/assist; but, I hope, that this may provide you with, some additional, insight; and, perspective; and, another avenue to pursue.
Secondly ...
Just in case ...
As an aside ...
Here are some "Knowledge Articles", in 'FamilySearch':
Which internet browsers are compatible?

I got a message that the site does not support this browser
And ...

How do I delete cookies from FamilySearch?

How do I delete all of the cookies and temporary files stored by my internet browser?
And ...
Pages won't open on FamilySearch

How do I keep pop-up blockers from causing issues?
Good Luck
I hope, that this/these may help/assist, somewhat.

Thank you so much! I guess I did not put the right words in the right search engine to find these articles. I will give these methods a try. Bless you for answering me! Carol

I am just am just glad that I may have been able to help/assist.
As an aside ...
You are not alone ...
The "Help Centre", is NOT always, that helpful; or, easy to use ...
I have been using, the "Help Centre", for MANY Years ...
And, I STILL have problems/issues, finding things, that I know, ARE there (and, have NOT been "Removed") ...
